Areas of Responsibility: FY-Thrive Program Scheduling and Registration, First-Year Pre-Registration, Student Services Staff Support and Training

Gen joined the Office of Undergraduate Curricula in 2020. During her time in Undergraduate Curricula she helped restructure communication methods and practices and focused on improving training and support for department staff. In her current role she serves as a resource and voice for student services staff within the College and the professional schools, working with campus partners to integrate all perspectives when it comes to curricular and administrative revisions. Prior to joining the Office of Undergraduate Curricula, she worked as a student services manager for the Political Science and History Departments here at UNC. She earned her undergraduate degree in anthropology at UNC Chapel-Hill and decided to stick around. In her free time, she enjoys bargain-hunting, reading, visiting friends, and baking.
