The Course Committee reviews all course requests for the General Education curriculum. In addition, the committee reviews requests to add, revise, or inactivate undergraduate courses (numbered from 50 through 699) in the College of Arts and Sciences. The committee submits a report to the Administrative Boards of the General College and College of Arts and Sciences after each meeting.
The committee meets 3 times in the fall semester and 3 times in the spring semester. It is chaired by the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Curricula. Staff in Office of Undergraduate Curricula provide support for each meeting.
